Top 10... well, almost!

Please dont think its a cop-out!
I only have 9, in the top 10 at the minute! That is certainly true. But to fill that final slot surely means that the entirely of cinema, the whole remaining plethora of cinematic fun out there, wont get a look in!
So, if you really can suggest anything, please post your opinions, and remind me of any well deserving treats that may have slipped my mind...
(In no particular order)

Fight Club
The Empire Strikes Back
Akira
Night of the Living Dead
There Will Be Blood
The Dark Crystal
Watchmen
Battle Royale
Moon (Maybe...)

Im considering a comedy... i.e. Spinal Tap or Zoolander.

Commercially Induced Poverty.

It's always a good sign that the "credit crunch" is in full affect when you're one of 2000 hapless souls, desperately scrambling to place in and a very thin slice of a £100 free roll cake! But there's not a great deal else to do when you're skint 5 weeks before christmas!
Only a month ago I was fighting to process every last carbohydrate into my aching legs, to will myself through Clumber Park in the Worksop half marathon. Who'd have thought i'd ever want to run towards Worksop with such urgency? But now i've spent the entire morning watching the first season of Spaced in bed, with impending poker procrastination on the horizon... and all for a measly £5... (need to do something else with my day tho. Suggestion?)
But I need every penny i can get!
Wish me luck!

Oh yeah, just thought i should mention...
After working in IT support for the past 10 years, next week I will finally be taking a 5 day intensive Comptia A+ technicians course.
I envisage “Accellerated learning as being something like The Clockwork Orange” so if I return to work, not only with a greater insight into technology, but also a new world order, then I can only apologise and look forward to a family/friends infused intervention, as well as the subsequent de-programming...

...In the tin boat of ignorance!

Was blessed with the great privelage on the tram this morning, (whilst stupidly forgetting my earphones to my pod) with the fascinating monotone diatribe of one of Sheffields finest school kids going on about

the majority of his female faculty all being lesbian... and then swiftly moving onto the algae infection in his fish tank...

I’d like to thank society for giving us this wonderfully colourful yet oblivious individual, and the reminder that, sometimes you can get more entertainment on the commute into work from the surrounding flora and fauna than the playlist in full flow.

could have been this guy?
